My name is Uri Klausner, film and television director and actor, with over 30 years of experience with an entrepreneurial background in various fields.

In recent years, I have been providing training and guidance to groups and individuals to lecturers, entrepreneurs and managers at the University of Haifa and beyond, on the topic of performing in front of a camera and mediating content and goals through digital media.

The audio-visual medium is increasingly becoming an integral part of our lives and a central channel in interpersonal and business communication both within the company and with external parties. It seems that the trend is only gaining momentum in Israel and around the world.

There are those who lose their interpersonal and professional skills in the face of conducting themselves in front of a camera - for years. The purpose of the program is not only to preserve existing capabilities but also to leverage them.

In my experience, the group workshop that I conduct allows the participant to experience and face various fears and barriers in front of a camera and an audience that is difficult to overwhelm in another constellation and formulate solutions for them - a process that in many cases results in a feeling of success for the participant to acquire additional tools for handling in front of a camera and in general for the formation of the participants and a good feeling at the end of the workshop.

In my opinion, a workshop that will train employees, managers, and professional experts in dealing with a camera is not only a "benefit" for the employee, but actually a work tool for everything. The company's employee, who is aware of and practices various constellations of conduct in front of a camera, strengthens his professional abilities, whether he is in a managerial position or a professional position.
